The Kitchen Klean-up is a no holds barred cleaning of your kitchen, refrigerator and pantry. You will learn to read the labels of the foods that are currently in your home and decide whether or not they should still be there.
If you want healthy foods in your kitchen but can’t bear the thought of going through them yourself, I will do it for you.
We can focus on one part of the kitchen- pantry, fridge- or we can do the whole enchilada. You choose and I’ll clean!
After I leave, you will have a full understanding of the work that we did, a list of foods to keep in your newly healthy kitchen and foods that you might want to skip. You will also receive after our time together a basic grocery list for healthy kitchen staples.
