Personalized Exercise Program Design


What is it?


As a fitness professional with over 10 years of experience, I have spent many hours working with private clients developing and then taking each of those clients through a personalized exercise program.  I work with them one-on-one for a minimum of 10, 1 hour sessions teaching them the techniques and form that they need in order to get the results that they’re looking for.

Let me be perfectly honest, none of my clients have ever spent just 10 sessions with me and at an investment of hundreds into the thousands of dollars into their own health, they are getting what they’re came for.

But there are only so many hours in a day and maybe you don’t live in New York City.  You still want to achieve your goals and you’re realizing that you cannot do it alone.

Let me save you time and money and work with you to design a Personalized Exercise Program that works within your schedule, within your lifestyle and within your budget.

Personal Trainers can be expensive for sure but if you’re ready to break out of the traditional paradigm of individual training sessions or group fitness classes and you’re ready to take it up a notch, then this is a viable option that lets you take your independence back from the old fitness model.


How does it work?


If you’ve worked with a trainer before, then you might be familiar with an intake form or an introductory session.  Basically, I would spend some time getting to know you, getting to know and understand your goals, learning about any injuries or pre-existing conditions and finding out what kind of support you’re looking for.

I will send you via email a very special intake form that will get you thinking about what it is that you really want out of a fitness program before your initial consultation with me.  You can anticipate that this first session will take anywhere from 15-30 minutes depending on the complexity of your goals.

After I’ve had a chance to review all of your information, then I’ll make sure that I’ve answered any and all of your questions before I go ahead and design your Personalized Exercise Program.

Once I’ve completed your program design, we would then set up a time to meet so that we can discuss your Personalized Program.  We would be meeting either over the phone or over the internet through Skype.  If you’d like to meet in person, then you do have that option as well and we would speak about that during our initial intake session.  You can anticipate that our second session together will take anywhere from 30-60 minutes, again depending on the complexity of your goals and of the program design.

If needed, we can add on a third private session to go over any exercises or aspects of the program that you believe needs more of a visual or hands on approach.

After that, you’re off and running!  Program in hand and fully independent of timely and costly personal training sessions.


What are my options?


I’ve designed several different programming options to fit not only your current level of fitness and your goals but also what level of support you’ll need in order to be successful.

All Program options have lifetime access to my upcoming mini Exercise videos.  You’ll see the exercises in action and learn correct form and technique.


Option #1: The Hands On Package

With this option, you’ll be getting your full Personalized Exercise Program with 4 levels of progression- Beginner, Advanced Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced.  You’ll have access to me for questions or concerns via email for 9 full months after you receive your completed Program.

Both the initial meeting and intake form as well as the second meeting are included in the full price of the program.

Also included in this program is a third and forth check-in session either over the phone or through Skype.  If adjustments need to be made, if you need to shift gears with your program, then this will be a time to do that.  If you need a more visual or hands on answer, then we would address that in this session as well.

The full price of this program is $350 if paid in full in one installment or can be paid for in two equal monthly installments of $190 or in three equal monthly installments of $135.


Option #2: The Average Jane/Average Joe Package

With this option, you’ll be getting your full Personalized Exercise Program with 3 levels of progression- Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced.  You’ll have access to me for questions or concerns via email for 6 full months after you receive your completed Program.

Both the initial meeting and intake form as well as the second meeting are included in the full price of the program.

Also included in this program is a third check-in session either over the phone or through Skype.  If adjustments need to be made, if you need to shift gears with your program, then this will be a time to do that.  If you need a more visual or hands on answer, then we would address that in this session as well.

The full price of this program is $225 if paid in full in one installment or can be paid for in two equal monthly installments of $125 or in three equal monthly installments of $95.


Option #3:  The Hands Off Package

With this option, you’ll be getting your full Personalized Exercise Program with 2 levels of progression- Beginner & Advanced.  You’ll have access to me for questions or concerns via email for 3 full months after you receive your completed Program.

Both the initial meeting and intake form as well as the second meeting are included in the full price of the program.

The full price of this program is $150 if paid in full in one installment or can be paid for in two equal monthly installments of $80 or in three equal monthly installments of $65.
