Ingredients

1/2 pineapple
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup dried coconut flakes

Directions

1. Cut pineapple into bite-size chunks.
2. Add all ingredients into a bowl, mix and serve!

Notes

This is the most simple & refreshing dessert/beverage to enjoy in warm weather.

Depending on the sweetness of the pineapple, you may want to add a little honey.
