The 21 Day Gratitude Journey, Day 4

NEW TO THE GRATITUDE JOURNEY?  HERE’S A QUICK OVERVIEW!

JOIN IN WHENEVER YOU’RE READY…

HERE’S THE PLAN:

I’LL SPEND THE NEXT 21 DAYS FOCUSED ON GRATITUDE. EACH DAY I WILL FOCUS ON ONE ASPECT & EACH DAY I WILL SHOW MY GRATITUDE & APPRECIATION TO SOMEONE NEW.

And what I’d love is for you to join me. Tell your friends, your family, co-workers, anyone.

I honestly feel that if we can embrace gratitude & all the goodness in the world, then we’ll be able to make amazing & far reaching positive change.

We are all capable of amazing things & it’ll take far less effort than you may think!

Gratitude is step one.

Assignment for Day 4:

1. How do you share gratitude?  Are you more of a “show me” person or are you more quiet and reserved in your gratitude?

How do you like to have gratitude shared with you?  Do you need to hear it?  Do you need to see it?

Have you ever just energetically “sent” gratitude to another person?  Just through your thoughts?  How has that affected you?

Have you noticed a difference in how the object of your gratitude interacted with you?

Spend a few minutes thinking & writing. Choose one place to collect your thoughts for our 21 day journey.

2. Choose your fourth person to show gratitude to. You are free to speak your gratitude, write your gratitude or show your gratitude.

Any way that feels the most appropriate, that is how you need to do it.

Be honest & open. You are doing everything right!

Please feel free to share your thoughts below. Ask for help, guidance or support.

We’re all in this together

I try to show people how grateful I am for them but sometimes it’s easier said than done

To get myself more and more comfortable with showing gratitude, I’ve taken to “sending” gratitude. Ever since I started studying Reiki, I’ve learned that intention can be just as valuable as verbally stating it.

I find that when I am able to send on gratitude, not only is my vibration raised, but also theirs. It’s a huge mindset shift and I find it incredibly powerful.

As I send on gratitude, I also try to send on love.

I do need to hear, see and feel gratitude but sometimes I find that I need to give it to myself more so. It’s hard to expect someone else to be able to show me gratitude. So because of that, I’m trying to make gratitude moreof an internal or personal journey.
